5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Foothills Sheffield Ltd is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch in the event of:

• Pricing errors
• Stock availability issues
• Payment authorisation failure
• Suspected fraud

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of placing an order.

All online payments are processed securely via third-party providers including ClearAccept and Apple Pay.

We do not store full payment card details.

8. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

9. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Industrial action
